Infinity Tracking is a Call Tracking and Analytics service provider that assists organisations in getting the most out of their calls and marketing strategies. Infinity is a mid-sized company and has access to various teams of staff; in total, there are 135 employees in the company, and it has several offices in London and Manchester; it works with clients across such sectors as media, technology, advertising, and others. When Infinity started to grow in size and number of branches corporate network became a necessity for efficient work of the company’s departments and helpful when it comes to teamwork.
Intalex Ltd. implemented a comprehensive IT solution to address Infinity Tracking’s challenges
Enhanced Collaboration and Security: Microsoft 365 Business Premium has been introduced successfully throughout the organisation offering sophisticated instruments of cooperation Microsoft Teams, as well as integrated security services at the level of Defender for Office 365. These tools allowed ongoing work between London and Manchester offices as well as with employees who worked from other locations or homes.
Meeting Room Enhancements: Logitech Teams Rooms were installed at both offices to ensure that meetings were easy to conduct and used reliable equipment. The helpdesk service available throughout the year helped address technical problems during working hours and the support received on-site helped fix the issues without much hindrance to work.
